PAYMENTS:
  • CREDIT CARD: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS
    You may pay us with your credit card using the VeriSign secure payment service. Just select the credit card link on the payment option page. After submitting your order you will be redirected to CC gateway secure site, where you will be prompted to enter the neccessary CC info. When you finish your transaction, please press Finish (Continue) button to return back to the shop.

  • DISCOUNT: We partner with a number of organizations and non-profit who offer discounts on our products as a benefit to their members. Just enter your coupon or discount code at check out and it will be deducted from your payment.

SHIPPING:

Your purchases will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We will use the carrier of our choice for items with free shipping. We ship most packages over 2 lbs with FedEx which will include insurance automatically. We do require a signature for packages over $100 in value, because Fedex requires it in case of a claim. We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for international shipping, not FedEx. For lighter packages we use the USPS and will provide optional insurance if requested.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are happy to ship Internationally, just please be aware that shipping costs are much higher and that it is possible customs duty will be assessed.

RETURNS:

We will accept returns for any item that is not as advertised. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will immediately assist you in making the necessary arrangements. All returns MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Packages without an RAN will be refused so please email us with the reason for return at customerservice@frogdujour.com to arrange for returns.

Returns must be received with within 7 business days after the RAN has been issued. Items must be in new and unused condition.

If the item you ordered is damaged defective or incorrect you may return it for exchange at our expense. If you receive a damaged product, please email us a digital picture of the product clearly showing the damage to the product and the outer packaging if it is damaged too.

Upon receipt we will credit the original amount to your credit card (not including shipping).
Goods must be unused and unopened in the original packaging.

If the item is not defective, you may return it for a credit or full refund, excluding any shipping costs, and less a 10% restocking fee.

A missing item or damaged product for reasons not due to our error (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition) will be charged a fee up to 50% of item's price  .

Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

No returns on special orders.

No refunds on discontinued items.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%.

Please be aware that computer monitors and colors differ. If you have a doubt about color and it is not specified in the listing, please ask before buying. If it is important that a color match something you own, we suggest either sending us a swatch or not buying online since matching colors is very hard to do on a computer.
