We will accept returns for any item that is not as advertised. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will immediately assist you in making the necessary arrangements.
All returns MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Packages without an RAN will be refused so please email us with the reason for return at customerservice@frogdujour.com to arrange for returns.
Returns must be received with within 7 business days after the RAN has been issued. Items must be in new and unused condition.
If the item you ordered is damaged defective or incorrect you may return it for exchange at our expense. If you receive a damaged product, please email us a digital picture of the product clearly showing the damage to the product and the outer packaging if it is damaged too.
Upon receipt we will credit the original amount to your credit card (not including shipping).
Goods must be unused and unopened in the original packaging.
If the item is not defective, you may return it for a credit or full refund, excluding any shipping costs, and less a 10% restocking fee.
A missing item or damaged product for reasons not due to our error (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition) will be charged a fee up to 50% of item's price .
Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
No returns on special orders.
No refunds on discontinued items.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%.
Please be aware that computer monitors and colors differ. If you have a doubt about color and it is not specified in the listing, please ask before buying. If it is important that a color match something you own, we suggest either sending us a swatch or not buying online since matching colors is very hard to do on a computer. |
